Our Team
As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Eighty-Three K Group, Victor specializes in identifying and executing acquisition opportunities that drive sustainable growth for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Under his leadership, the firm has acquired its first portfolio company in residential property management, establishing the operational foundation for the permanent equity platform.
Victor's entrepreneurial journey spans scaling ventures where he led cross-functional teams, secured venture capital, and established partnerships with Fortune 500 companies across technology, finance, and defense sectors. His experience includes managing defense-focused, multi-million-dollar acquisition portfolios, achieving targeted investment returns in real estate partnerships, angel investing in emerging ventures such as A26 Ventures, and having served as an Army Intelligence Officer and Commander. He has also spent over two years mentoring Veteran entrepreneurs at Bunker Labs in getting from zero-to-one, raising capital, and improving operating efficiencies.
Leveraging experience across consulting, venture-backed startups, and national defense portfolio management, he takes a systems-driven approach to align strategic vision with operational excellence. His mission is clear: to empower business owners through thoughtful succession and deliver meaningful returns to investors.
