Victor A. Hill is a Entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of launching and scaling ventures, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable growth. From his 8-years of experience as an Army Intelligence Officer and Commander and diverse industry experience in tech start-ups, real estate investing, and defense tech, Vic brings a unique combination of people and entity organizational management.
He is skilled in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams of 100+ to deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Furthermore he's an expert at navigating complex challenges/environments, optimizing multi-million-dollar budgets, and implementing performance improvements that drive profitability and efficiency. Vic has been recognized for building high-impact relationships with Fortune 500 companies, forging strategic partnerships, and creating value across diverse industries. He has successfully raised over $1M through venture capital and debt financing, and generated 25%+ returns to investors. Vic is keen on strategic capital management to support and scale businesses.
Lastly, Vic has also spent over 2-years mentoring Veteran Entrepreneurs in getting from zero-to-one, raising capital, and improving operating efficiencies.
